Of course. We don’t expect you to have a full breadth of knowledge upon your visit. It is our job to help you discover your allergies and address them. We can also help determine if perhaps something you were told is not an allergy, may in fact be contributing to your symptoms.
No. An elimination or modified elimination diet does cut out common food allergens but you can still eat plenty of nourishing and delicious foods. In the grand scheme of your life, the amount of time you sacrifice these foods is quite small. Once you start feeling relief from those symptoms, you will feel more compelled than ever to find your path and avoid the foods that trigger your reactions.
Yes, we work with children as well and we recommend addressing underlying issues as soon as possible in order to optimize their outcomes later in life.
