Step 2 – The second leg of your journey at Integra Health and Wellness includes health forms and the intake process. The questions are essential in giving us all of the pieces of the puzzle we need to address you as a unique patient. This is also where you can share with us past lab work and test
results.
Step 3 – The next step includes a Complete Wellness Evaluation. here we will gather all the critical pieces we need to create your personalized healing plan. Your history, physically and mentally, your current issues, your goals, and anything else you feel is relevant.
